We chose Pavemax to Sealcoat our Parking Lot. Fast and Neat, very important to myself and my staff. They sealed half the lot at a time; we always had enough room for our guests to park. The parking lot never looked this good, and it’s lasting. Pavemax did a wonderful job, Patching and Sealcoating our parking lot worked out smashing. Our Parking lot is very old, but drains well with minimal water retention. We decided to go with Pavemax because Derek took so much time with us back and forth back and forth. Pavemax did propose Paving the lot as well as Sealcoating to suite our needs. We were thinking about paving, but Derek the owner said if we Sealcoat it; it will prolong the life of the pavement for several more years and that’s just what we needed.
